As a working parent I can't afford dental for my children or myself. Bad part is I make $20 to much a month to qualify for help. Plan in rent, utilities, food, gas, shoes and clothes and I'm in the hole, oops forgot car insurance and vehicle repairs. Any type of help that covers children shouldn't be taken away. They deserve it and it shouldn't depend on if the parents can afford it or not.

fill in the blanks!! poor whites, blacks, asians, mexicans, Indians, doesn't matter. Kids should get free dental care to prevent long term diseases like heart disease in adulthood. Elders should get free care because all those years working in your kitchen or cleaning your dirty drawers or cutting your yard didn't pay enough for them to save for extras like dental care.

I bet you are one of the people who have in the past had these freebies and no longer meet the requirements. Nothing in this country is free, taxpapers are paying for this service. If the government was not taking every dime we made, maybe parents can afford dental plans. Grow up and realize what country you live in.Our dental and medical plan is very costly and some people are barely able to put food on their tables.
