Hill Top Kennels, located in Obion,Tn. IS A PUPPY MILL!! The operators, James "Bud" & Mary Jo Fair, are "COLD-HEARTED" SCUM. They also have "MILLS" in MO. AR. KY. & MS. Karen J. Dixon, their daughter, is a "MILLER" in AR. Please, WARN everyone you know!!!
