1 Vote2008, actually, I am smart. I'm pretty sure she was implying that she has to help her husband with bills, etc and money will come out of a joint account to pay for child support. I am sure Brandi can attest that they do not count her income in Missouri. She said her husband pays 28% of his income. Nice Try... |

1 Are you real? You must be a character of some sort! Nobody can be that stupid... How can you tell someone they are not so smart, when your whole sentence is riddled with idiotic mistakes? Lets go over this one more time. there = There (beginning of sentence) read Brandi = where is the rest of the sentence? UR = you are U = you jist = just # For your information, you speak but nothing comes out! What other road? Where does the first one lead? |

1 Damn Vote, I almost had a grudging respect for you even if I didn't agree with your viewpoint. I did think the cow jokes were getting old but that aside, I could have agreed to disagree with you on an intellectual level. Now you pull this Sybil weirdness and I have to wonder if perhaps you really aren't as together as you would have us believe. |

1 I agree! I just recently sent letters to the state Reps, senate, and congressman regarding the CSE, and told them they need to look into that whole system...and also about NCP's paying support past the age 18. I think its wrong, and I let the people in position to do something know about it! If you people agree, then you should let them know how you feel, maybe if enough of us speak up to the right people...they might start listening. I figure it's worth trying. What do you all think? |
I have been meaning to do the very same thing myself Disgusted. We should all write to these same people. From the things I have seen happening to some of my friends & co-workers the CSE operates like this...'Guilty until proven innocent'. I know NCP's (male & female) that have had their wages garnished for 'back child support' just because the CP told CSE that they weren't paying (even though they were) and it took them several months, a couple of them took over a year, to get their money back. Of course it cost them alot of money in attorney fees to clear their name but, the CSE system here isn't right! |
By the way Disgusted, who did you write to & at what address did you send your letter to?
I e-mailed them, hopefully they get it.If I don't get a reply of some kind, I found their fax numbers on their web sites, and I will send a fax. I did get a receipt from a couple offices saying they received my letter. I feel very strongly about this. One place you can go is governor.mo.gov . My son requested a payment report from CSE and when we looked it over, they had charged him twice in some months, and when we called them..they could'nt explain. They will send it to the field office and see if they can fix it! I think they should send a report to the paying parent at least quarterly. You don't get one unless you request it. This was'nt the first mistake they made, but they don't like to admit it.I strongly urge people to write to our goverment people. I will do some research and post some websites. Thanks for your interest. |
