Review: Julie Raridan Law Office

Please do no be fooled by this women, once you give her your retainer she will not provide to you ever an accouting of her services. She used Christianity as a cover to hurt me. She didn't represent me as she should have and has threatened to slap a restraining order on me only because I call her to begging to get an acount balance on her work for me. For five months I've asked her to tell me what I've spend and to date received nothing. Pray for this women, he type of Christianity is what hurts the church. Call me at if you fell you need moree information. I'm filing a compliant with the state bar with some help and will see that she doesn't hurt anyone else. if you been hurt and can't afford help also contact me. I've got resourses from trusted Christian friends who can and will help.

Review all the comments on this women she has lied to at least eight clients that i know of. She is a lier and a theif. She knows know boundaries or has no ethics to speak of. If she has burnt you report her to the State BAR now, do not wait. No guarentees because her worship of Satan and utter obendience to the prince of darkness does not allow her to tell the truth. This is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

I too hired Julie Raridan to represent me and she did a fantasitic job for me. You people must be those who snivel about everything and blame others for your problems. She finished my case and refunded the balance of my retainer without question. If you didn't get yours back, maybe you snivel and wine too much and failed to call your attorney and update your phone number. Grow some skrot and be proactive and stop complaining about those who try to help you.

I hired herand she totally scammed me. Not only did she keep my retainer fee but she did nothing on my case nor would she return calls or provide me with any statement or prove any work done on my case. Instead she charged me for leaving messages on an answering machine. I lost $3500 and she she also changed her address without notifying me when I started questioning things. I had hired her because I was not able to actually seek anyone out other than through the internet becuase I was in a foreign country. Funny how I looked this up and now there are complaints but when I hired her there weren't any. I put something in with the better business bureau but that doesn't do anything since my money is still with her. I'm finally able to send something in to the bar association. I hope you did because that is the only way anything will ever happen is if those who have been scammed come forward.

Add me to the list of those bent over and screwed by Ms. Raridan. After I informed her that I was going to the Bar Association to complain she called me and politely asked that I NOT do so. I was later told by the Bar Association that this is inappropriate behavior for an attorney. Well, after 14 months of "retained" services and maybe two interactions, no invoices and no communication she will be hearing from the Bar Association because my complaint is official - completed and en route to Los Angeles. Julie deserve to have her rights removed and should be jailed herself for stealing from those she was supposed to represent. She SUCKS as an attorney.

This is sad to hear that this thief continues to steal from people and is not serving time behind bars where she belongs. I just hope she still does not shame the name of Christ as she tends to do to get the clients trust, right before the part where she forgets to call, do any work related to your case and lie about paying retention or tell the truth about your case. This poor excuse for a human being should have all her posessions sold to pay restitution for her lies. Can't wait to hear from the BAR once the judge (California Supreme Court) gets a hold of Jeffrey's case. For the damage she has created in my life, the loss of much that I own, I forgive her, but she still needs a little prison time (5-6 years) before I think she will realize how she has destroyed the lives of those who trusted this turncoat. If you were burnt by this bottom feeder you must contract the State Bar and file your case ASAP. Do not let this rapist of the rule of law continue to practice her evil lies. Shut her down!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting, if you are infact Mr. Raridan (her husband) she is claiming you are getting divorced. I will be filling a claim with the bar, small claims and BBB. Julie is obviously not a women of her word. After sending her several certified letters, which in fact she signed reciept of, she has negotiated with my husband a payment plan. However, she has not only failed once to pay but three times to send a check. Julie- you will be judged by Christ. I will seek the return of our fees, but who will continue to suffer for your inappropriate behavior, you will! By the way, Mr. Raridan if you think it is so easy to contact Julie, please provide her address and home number. Additionally, you may want to check the definition of defamation of charactor. If the statements are fact and can be proven truthful, they are not a by defintition 'defamation'. I in fact have the truth on my side, not to mention several emails from Julie acknowledging the fact that she owes us money and a statement noting the balance owed. Mr. Raridan, if you are her husband and not getting a divorce you may want to open your eyes. If you are Julie's father in law, you may want to open your eyes. And if you are her father or brother, you may want to seek get Julie to find a good councelor, she appears to be unstable and a habitual liar. Mr. Raridan, your treats will make for interesting reading by the judge, expecially when the judge sees the tangiable evidence I have. I'm sure other folks are not spending their time beratting Julie for the fun of it, obviously folks have been burnt and want to express their experience and disappointment. You should really reconsider your words.

Nicole, I have filed my complaint with the BAR Association and they have confirmed receipt of my complaint. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, which if course Julie has not responded to. My next step will be small claims because Julie should be behind bars if she is nto going to at least pay back the money to those she has scammed and ripped off. Maybe a Call 3 (Sacramento news station) investigation is also in order... We'll see. I have no sympathy for Julie whatsoever, she is terrible.

I agree Scotty that she needs to be jailed. Just heard today that she's been suspended. As one of her retained clients you think I could have, would have or should have been told this information by someone when it was put into place, no? I've been told that this suspension is for a period of months, but really... she should be BARRED from the BAR and should never be allowed to practice law again... anywhere - period. She's now costing my ex extra $$$ that she can't afford either. Julie's crooked, deceiving and manipulative ways must ceased. We did not pay for help to just receive greater and more expensive problems.

I say those of us who have been bent over and royally screwed by Julie gather together and collectively file a suit against her. Who's in?

The behavior is simply immature and despicable. Some clients were owed only $900, others more, but none more than $4,000. Any mature person would have stopped buying latte's for a while and at least arranged a payment schedule.. Then Did It!
To have your license to practice revoked for a lousy $17,000 is irrefutable proof of a lack of judgement. Sell your freakin car if needed. I am sure some folks would not have filed complaints if she had only made some attempt at repayment.
Our Lord is teaching her a lesson in humility and the fruit of hubris...
