Protected Bin Laden?????? You just need to review what the military has to say about that. The entire plan to capture him was conceived under the Bush administration. He just happened to finally be located while Obama was in office and all Obama had to do is say "Go get him".

All the Bush administration knew was that threats had been made to do something. No one could have known exactly what that was. It could have been bombs planted in Los Angeles or Chicago. There was no way to know the specific plans.
