It turns out that justice will come was right. The autopsy report was unsealed today and all the facts are there. You will be seeing more about it later in the news media. More to come.....stay tuned......

I did a search on the 324.010 statute. Below is copied and pasted from that. What the hell is the matter with you information officer? This basically says she owes taxes or something and it has to be paid before they can renew her liscence. your a jerk.

324.010. All governmental entities issuing professional licenses, certificates, registrations, or permits pursuant to sections 209.319 to 209.339, RSMo, sections 214.270 to 214.516, RSMo, sections 256.010 to 256.453, RSMo, section 375.014, RSMo, sections 436.005 to 436.071, RSMo, and chapter 317, RSMo, and chapters 324 to 346, RSMo, shall provide the director of revenue with the name and Social Security number of each applicant for licensure with or licensee of such entities within one month of the date the application is filed or at least one month prior to the anticipated renewal of a licensee's license. If such licensee is delinquent on any state taxes or has failed to file state income tax returns in the last three years, the director shall then send notice to each such entity and licensee. In the case of such delinquency or failure to file, the licensee's license shall be suspended within ninety days after notice of such delinquency or failure to file, unless the director of revenue verifies that such delinquency or failure has been remedied or arrangements have been made to achieve such remedy. The director of revenue shall, within ten business days of notification to the governmental entity issuing the professional license that the delinquency has been remedied or arrangements have been made to remedy such delinquency, send written notification to the licensee that the delinquency has been remedied. Tax liability paid in protest or reasonably founded disputes with such liability shall be considered paid for the purposes of this section.

I know this woman who all of these people are slamming after the loss of her father due to a truck diver being in a hurry and killing her dad. I can't believe the cold hearted people out there. If you don't like her thats fine but don't lie about things you know nothing about. To justice will come, she was with the day her father was killed. We where in Cape and we got a call. I had to tell her that her dad was killed. On her nursing license wrong info is right. Her license is not suspened I payed the taxes she thought she paid. (Never trust a brain dead boyfriend to take care of your taxes.)

Hmmm....let's talk about cold hearted, shall we? The truck driver you so blatently state was "in a hurry" and "killed her dad" happens to be a hard working family man who will have the tragic results of this ACCIDENT with him for the rest of his life. On top of that let's look at the facts. This truck driver was doing 45 in a 60 mph zone. The gentleman who passed away had a vehical with out of date plates, turned left into his truck, was hauling an overloaded trailer with improper registration, no tail light and no trailer brakes. The truck driver was one of the very first to offer aid to the gentleman that, unfortunatly, lost his life. This gentleman was walking around looking for help for his grandson after the accident. Unfortunatly, he suffered a heart attack on the way to the hospital. This was a tragic event. I have nothing but sympathy for the family of the gentleman who lost his life from an ACCIDENT...no one killed by anyone else here.GET IT RIGHT!!!
