Mayor and City Marshall debate job roles, professional development

The Senath City Council recently voted to approve officers attending a final class in a homicide course in Marshall, Mo ., but denied to reimburse the officers for gas money for the previous two trips to the city.

He's to stupid to tell which way the wind blows. Does he really think we are stupid, he works the night shift and goes home. Here's a little hint stupid, when the cop car is parked at your house and your suppose to be on the clock, WE KNOW YOUR THERE.....DUH!
