Brunswick woman's body is identified

What is the latest on this? I can't find anything posted since they arrested the guy in Nov 2005 and nothing more has been said. Does anybody know how this is going? Has this to gone to court? I know his father, Spencer Harding, Sr was a deputy sheriff in the county, has the news been put under a bushel because of this? Any info would be appreciated greatly.

Again, anyone know of the results of the arrest of Spencer Harding, JR and Molly McWilliams on this murder case? I have tried looking all over the internet and it is like GONE! Anybody know? Did it go to court? Was he released or not?Thanks

spencer is my uncle and i was verry scared if you feel sorry for your self think about me

He is currently in the Clay County jail awaiting trial. The trail is set for May 14,2007.

Spender Harding Sr was never a deputy in this county. He was a jailer.

Spencer Harding Sr was never a deputy in this county. He was a jailer

Spencer Nelson Harding III has been charged with 1st Degree Murder. He is in custody and is being held at the Clay County jail in Liberty, awaiting trial. Due to the request for Change of Venue, the trial will be held in Liberty. His father Spencer Harding Sr was a night jailer for Carroll County Jail in Carrollton.

THANK YOU ALL for the information, I know the family. What resource (online, if any) can I get information on the trial and the results. Sydney said he has a life sentence, the niece...but he is not sentenced yet? So sorry to Molly's loved ones...and Spencer's. My prayers are with all of you.

I knew Molly and she was one of the nicest girls you would have ever met. I think Spencer Harding should rot in prison for the rest of his life and everyday when he is in there I hope he thinks about what he done.

molly didn't deserve what she got. no woman does against their will. spencer got first degree forcable rape and first degree forcable assault. i think he should get the death penalty and the electric chair. he knew what he was doing was wrong. he just wanted to have her the way he wanted.she had twin brothers and didn't even know them. he gets to live, molly doesn't. she isn't suffering now. i hope this comes back to haunt him.

what spencer did to molly was no accident. he got first degree forcable rape and first degree forcable assault. he should fry for what he did to her. she didn't deserve what she got. she didn't even get to have a family of her own. she had twin brothers she didn't even get to meet. i think spencer should also get the death penalty. at least he is still alive, where molly isn't. there are alot of people that want to see him get what he deserves.anyone else gets life in prison, some people think he should get out because he has a mental problem.

molly was a very wonderful person. spencer got what he deserves. i knew molly, she was my daughter. she didn't deserve this.

Sydney, you are not responsible for the death of my sister, you are not to blame. However Spencer must be held responsible for his actions. He can not be allowed to do this to another person again. Sydney, please seek counciling or talk with someone who can help you deal with your feelings. Suicide is NOT the answer! Each time there is a court appearance in the case againt Spencer, my family relives the loss of Molly. I'm sure your family does not want to lose you.
