'March for Life' fills downtown streets

Thankful for these words from Bishop Slattery:
"We will not go away and we will not be silent. We will work for an end of abortion and pray for an end of abortion. We will shiver in the cold, pray through the night, picket through the week, suffer the rude stares and consdescending remarks, as long as it takes, and as often as it takes, and if it takes all this to save one life, to save one child, then we will do it all. And when tomorrow comes we will do it all again. Until every child conceived is born, and every child that is born is loved and protected, and every child that is loved, can live in holiness and peace."

We all know just how much Christian officials value life. Ask any victim of clerical abuse or if you could, the inquisition. These people have an agenda which requires membership via human breeding (much the same as communist dictators in eastern Europe). Abrahamic religions are much more evil than good if history is any indicator. There is no shortage of people, we're about 5 billion strong and growing. We can't even care for the people we have, we don't need more born than we loose through attrition. Pro life is in fact a gross misnomer. As well intentioned as some of these people may be, population control is our only hope for survival. Looking at the past as a model, life is cheap, and easily replaced. Biology does it, not any religion or perceived deity created by same.

I'm a moderate who is personally against surgical abortion. But the law of the land is that abortions are legal and I don't presume to tell a woman what she can or can't do as long as it's legal.

I support birth control (which you religious freaks don't since it might cut into your collection plate and mind control). I support the morning after pill which removes a microscopic speck that has neither formation, heartbeat or pulse. Maybe if your right wing bible thumpers would stop demanding birth then deserting that birth immediately then we could get some compromise here and cut the number of surgical abortions but that's not going to happen because you're just as much religious terrorists as Al-Queda. Self centered people kill their babies (born and unborn). That's all the truth. It's not about religion. A woman only has to carry a baby a couple of months that show. Many people would take that baby and it would probably live a long life. Is that too much to ask of a self centered person? I have no empathy for baby killers.
