Afte a doctor releases a patient and puts him on lite work duty- will workers comp send him a settlement check based on the doctors's evaluation? My husband was hurt for about 7 months ago- he had to call wc pretty often to remind them of his check being due. Now he was put on lite work duty- Will wc try to get him to except a settlement to get rid of him? And- if he excepts- Is it true that wc won't pay for the doctor visits later? We don't know much a bout how it works and can't trust them . So- Please comment if you know anyhting to put our mind to rest. Thanks

We have been dealing with compensation for going on 15 years. Since 1994. But, you know what, they will not get the better of us. My husband has been going to his dr. every month for l4 years and hes not giving up. Why should he..They are a joke in my book. Nothing but a joke.

Brickstreet changes rules from case to case so it is hard to say.They can't be trusted if a full reveiw of their actions were revealed some would go to jail . Timothy

Workmens Comp is very sad for everyone. Thanks to Del Kessler for all of the trying to get things right with them. My claim has been in since July
of last year for dependant benefits. The death was very specific. What do you think I have got.
It is sad because I have herd nothing. I have tried to contact the third party who is supposed to handle the affairs and bingo no response. WV
Insurance does not answer calls nor do they supply you with requested information...They do not want you to know what is going on...It is
a real big mess...Write to Gov. M and see what you get the run around. Good Luck to anyone who has to deal with them. Just Pray for those who need it and HOPE

Don't give up comp has cases that earl 50s I know one guy that fought them for 21 years and finally WON. It took me 16 years and was just started getting pain control then Brickstreet.Took Joe serveral year to set this up I would love to see him in jail and Burton.take your time you are in the right every dog has his day .Maybe you will have a new group of Supreme CourtJudge maybe we can have the old ones in jail

I was in an explosion and was diagnosed with RSD in left arm and shoulders and both legs, bi-lateral neuropathy, radiculopathy, Post Traumatic seizures, stress, depression disorders, among other things. Something has to be done, because I was denied most of my diagnosis's because a nurse wrote on my chart a tripping accident like I fell down and got a booboo not a disconnect failed to trip and exploded throwing me app. 30 feet in a twist where my lower body couldn't keep up with my lower body causing internal injuries, but they made a judgement on a nurses ignorant statement on my chart (and I mean that in she didn't know what happened) I have been fighting this since 06/11/01 and now they have made thier decision on not reports tests and records but a nurses sentence. Does anybody have any idea that Wal-mart is one of the biggest underhanded operations going along with Bridge street? Note the previous post about the door greeter? They are known for trying to make the employees look under handed when they are injured on the job. Bridge street will contact the injured and tell them they have to go back to work or else lose their job. They will say that the doctor released them to return to work without the patients knowledge when it isn't true. It's a ploy to get them back on the clock so they won't have to pay for their injury.
Wal-mart treats their employees like trash.When are people going to wake up and see what they are supporting by shopping there. Yes, it's cheaper. But, the employees pay the price for lower prices. With the economy like it is, they have no choice but to take the abuse from management and Wal-marts abusive polices just to make a living.

Wal-mart is our ruin-nation all you have is a place to sell china made products any where these stores come into .The Mom and Pop stores go out of business and the people who go to work for them are used and abused. This practice goes on all over the nation.
