Review: A Plus Rentals

When I moved to Sioux Falls I used A+ Rentals and I am VERY sorry I brought my business to them. They scammed me out of my security deposit because of issues that were there prior to me moving in (cracked window). I asked them about the window but since it didn't create a draft or other issue they said don't worry about it and that they knew about it. Well I never looked out of that window and over the winter it got cold and small crack spread. Upon departure I was charged for replacment windows, they said they had no record of me notifing them of the issue...nice right. Oh well they are crooks and you should not bring your business there.

I have to total agree with the comment above with this person. I do not see how they can be in Business they are not a freindly staff. they cannot remember anything. the places we have looked at if they were to be ready to move in why are they dirty and have issues. They are not good about getting people out to fix anything. they Deny anything they say to you. They always have a excuse for not fixing things that are broken. I would never recommend anyone to rent from them.
