Parents of teen shot by police say they have more questions than answers

get over it, he started the trouble and the police had to put a stop to it.
Hire all the lawyers you want, no jury will give you money when they see the facts leading up to this mans death.
He was mad at the world and wanted to fight at the park, at work and then at hometown pizza and then with the police.

The only answers this family will get is that sometimes being a "menace to society" will get you killed. Their son did this to himself, the police only did what they had to do. Sorry for the family, but this man brought this upon himself.

The family wanting money is not really the issue here even thoguh I am sure they do. The issue is do the police have a right to enter a home without a search warrant and as far as I can see from the article use deadly force against an unarmed man even a combative one. If it was necessary to shot him then provide the family with details and if it was a mistake someone needs to be held accountable. I am all for giving the police the benefit of the doubt and think if there were circumstances that mitigate this mans death they should just be forthcoming with them. The family does not deserve any money if this man brought about his own death.

Rebels75q, the police was responding to a burgarly and found a broken window and blood on the window seal and a maintenance man let them into the house where the thug attacked the police and had actually knocked the male officer out with a lead pipe.
Marcum did the right thing and that was to protect herself and her partner with deadly force.
HE WAS ARMED WITH A LEAD PIPE AND HE IS (WAS) 6'2 AND 230 POUNDS WHICH MADE THAT PIPE A DEADLY WEAPON, HE WAS ARMED, GET THAT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL.

Oh okay sorry did not know he was armed or that the police were responding to a burglary call none of that information was listed in the article I read. Then the police are most definitely in the right. His death was a righteous kill and his family deserves no money whatsoever.
