O'Reilley, thought that was an auto parts store. Bit over priced but they have a varied selection.

I wonder if they do ball joints?

O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter... they're what is wrong with America right now. Too bad they can't be deported to Afghanistan or Somalia.

Why deport them? Stick em in a cage like the old MTV show and let's have a REAL Celebrity Deathmatch.

Violating the city dress code? Does the city actually dictate that you must dress according to traditional gender roles in public?

What an ass.

I just happened to see the tail end of that Discussion. It was with Megan Kelly playing counterpoint. B. O'R. got done saying should the children be exposed to this (Horrors), meaning Stu Rasmuusen and Ms Kelly (An attorney, I believe) explained to him, that transgenderism was accepted by the medical and that laws had been enacted for our protection and the kids are just gonna have to get used to us. The whole seemed somehow scripted. Anyway, B.O'R. seemed to accept that and said no more. I feel as though we won that round against a real detractor (B. O'R.)
Ms Kelly did an excellent job of stifling him.

OK so I was able to watch the video now that I am not at the office.

I don't think it was all too horrible a segment. O'Reilly could have been much worse. And based on the description of the outfit Stu was wearing I think they had every right to call him on it.

O'Reilly's opinion means squat to me.

He is nothing more than an opinionated windbag and why anyone pays any attention to him is beyond me.

What about his outfit do you find particularly worthy of censure? Would you say the same thing if it was Catherine Zeta Jones or Penelope Cruz wearing it? Deconstruct your reaction to Stu.
Stu has the right to wear whatever he wants to wear. He has the right to define himself however he wishes to. Nothing Stu is doing in anyway affects his abilities to do his job.

They spread nothing but hate and evil, they cause division and manufacture lies and suspicion. They have caused a dangerous division of the population and fuel radical hate groups. They are fueling our very own homegrown terrorists.

They have done more harm to America than any outside terrorist could even hope to achieve.

Why give him an audience. In Hollywood they used to say "you can say anything but just spell the name right".

Now who were you speaking of, the auto parts store?

Emelye mocks Bill O'Reilly on Fox News!

Really, that guy is such a maroon! I guess that's why he's so popular with the Fox News dittoheads.

Since they did not show the actual outfit I only have the description. A "micro mini skirt, Tank Top and red heels" (although I don't really care about the color of the heels). Stu himself admitted that the outfit may not have been appropriate for the situation.

There is nothing to deconstruct about my reaction. I made no comment about Stu's ability to do his job. I no nothing about the quality of his service to the community.

I admit that the difference between Stu and Catherine Zeta Jones is that there is a high probability that Ms Jones would not have been censured for the outfit. But I can tell you if I was the and saw her in that outfit I would certainly be of the opinion that a childrens' event is the wrong place for that outfit.

I have no issue with Stu's gender identity, but there is still a thing called propriety.

Here's what all the ruckus is about. It had nothing to do with his gender identity or being dressed in female attire. The city dress code related to proper attire for council activities.
As quoted from First Coast News in Oregan, "The city dress code lists mini skirts and midrift tank tops as "inappropriate" attire for council activities."
Stu sent the following statement.
"On the day in question, the temperature topped 90 degrees Fahrenheit with relative humidity over 50%. Hot and sticky. My attire was completely appropriate to the circumstances and I also received a number of compliments on it during the day," the statement read.
"I believed the Council Dress Code was an intrusive and unnecessary piece of legislation when it was first introduced, it is clearly time to rescind this resolution before it becomes an embarrassing public issue for our community," he wrote, also citing state anti-discrimination laws.
And that's what it's all about.
(sounds like the hokey-pokey song. OMG - what if the hokey-pokey really IS what it's all about??)

Bill O'Reilly is a pussy cat with a crabby clause in his contract. He just ain't all that threatening. He is a closet bleeding heart liberal with unmatched ratings. Come on y'all he's a Catholic boi. Need I say more? I see right thru ya Bill! I find his No spin (like Katrina) zone rather entertaining. I wish he'd dump Dennis Miller though. Talk about spin!

The Mayor looked fine.

Better than most rockers, movie starlets and tight pants male hookers.

the fact he has the nerve to dress the way he wants is great, if he changes his mind to become a girl, I will forever call him her and she. Go Stu.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Scorpio

There are problems concerning money today, especially if someone thinks they aren't getting their fair share of it. Mars turns retrograde in your house of public matters, so issues from the pat will need to be dealt with in weeks to come. Sort things out quickly, before they become even more fraught.
