You mean this is a news story? Happens all the time. Maybe the customer didn't leave a tip. Anyway if convicted make the punishment fit the crime, six years of free labor at the local Mickey's. Then take them out back and stuff them with hamburgers and milkshakes until they throw up and then charge them with littering. Then sentence them to six years at B. King or Joe the Hotdog Man's Gagger Retreat.
