are you sick of comcast?

I cannot believe how horrible Comcast's customer service is! Two no show appointments, worse the tech lied and said he had. Complaints never followed up. No internet service for over two weeks despite more than ten hours on the phone talking to technical support people in St. Louis, Texas, Cleveland, etc. It is disgraceful that we are stuck with this horrible company because they have a monopoly. If they were not the only option, I don't think they would have any customers left!

A buddy of mine that couldn't get them to send him his refund took them to small claims court (for about $30 here in Alexandria,VA), and their lawyer didn't show, so the court found in his favor and he got a ruling directing them to pay in 30 days. He got his refund in less than 10 days.
This makes me wonder -- what if all of us who have been abused by these swine were to take them to court (regardless of the fact that their contract terms that you agreed-to hold them harmless, even if they just plain don't deliver any services at all, yet continue to bill you for them)? At the very least, we would force them to send representatives to the court to defend their interests, or they would otherwise risk getting judgements against them like my buddy got.

Trying to resolve a problem with these people is tantamount to banging your head against the wall. Every month there is another issue, either with billing or equipment. The customer service people are so inefficient. I finally am giving up and am running to another service.
