MRAC presents Chocolate Fantasia

I believe this is Silver City's MRAC 12 annual Chocolate Fantasia who work alongside with the Silver City Main Street Project to put this on. Great idea to get people downtown. Silver City Main Street is also filming a video this morning to showcase their Main Street as they were selected as semifinals to a national award for their work. Good luck and congratulations on 25 yrs.

Once again Silver City as well as many other cities around the country or world will capitalize on Valentines Day/weekend and chocolate lovers this month. For example: Durango, CO will celebrate its 26th Annual Chocolate Fantasia or Chocolate Extravenganza; Rehoboth, MA is in its 21st Annual Chocolate Festival, Llano Estacado Winery in Lubbock Tx hosts its 15th Annual Wine & Chocolate Fantasia, Ardmore, OK has its 14th Annual Fantasy in Chocolate, Silver City, NM 13th Annual Chocolate Fantasia, Monticello, IL its 9th Annual Chocolate Fantasy and recently El Paso, TX held its 1st "A Chocolate Affair". Maybe more will follow.

Just to note, there is a chocolate store in Lyndhurst, NJ also named "Chocolate Fantasia".

On March 3, 2012 the NM Museum of Natural History Foundation in Albuquerque NM is putting on a Benefit Gala for their 20th Annual Chocolate Fantasy, this years theme is "Venetian Ball". Deming will be hosting its first St. Patty's Day chocolate contest also. Chocolate lovers enjoy.
