Vidor Texas has Greg Brinlee going to their VFW, that alone is reason not to live there. He is a convict on the run from Arkansas, and is a woman beater and senior citizens. If you know this man, spread the word to stay away, he is very abusive both mentally and physically. Who knows he may have a bounty on his head for skipping out instead of checking in the jail when he was supposed to. He is a sweet talker at first and will make you think he had a terrible raising. His folks were christian,wonderful people. Please heed the word and stay away from this douch bag.

Yes, but he is a small guy, red hair, hangs out in bars ALL the time. Weighs about 145, obsessed with his own looks, hair, cologne. He is a pool shark. His MO is to find senior citizes or vulnerable women, if he thinks or knows they have any money or savings. He will be sweet as pie to them and next the is living with them and stealing them blind. He will talk about what a hard terrible life he had, the way women ALL done him wrong. He is abusive and a control freak. He was in Vidor living with another elderly man named Vaughn. I pray that old man is okay. Please heed my warning and stay away from him.

You want to know how he looks, red hair, blue eyes, voice like he's been huffing helium, drinks Bud Light, smokes Marlboros. He is small and always close to a bar, talks big and is very vain. He is a charmer at first and can make you think you are his world, just don't cross him.

wow why do you have to be so mean. i have lived in vidor all my life. there are bad and good in every town. you don't have to be so ugly. this isn't school so grow up.

I am not going to say I do not see no one walking on the side of the road but to my knowledge they are not "druggies" they look like a person that needs something but does not have a car thus they are WALKING.....
Now if you are speaking of the few loosers at the corner of I10 and 105 that is a different story. but the VPD officers are on that and have arrested them several times.

All thr young people 334 and under are druggies with criminal records and the women are just trash. I have been to other parts of Texas and have met really nice people. All I have encountered in Vidor is rudeness.

When I was living in League city I met alot of attractive smart classy ladies. Here in Vidor all I see is rude,stuckup golddigging drughead btches that deserve to have the crap beat outta them. There is alot of hate on Vidor because the people here bring it on themselves. Drug addict teens,dirty rednecks,and poor drivers.Texas is a very friendly state and has great people except for Vidor. I had to go run an errand a year ago in League city and I met this nice attractive brown haired girl I told her I was living in Vidor she was like" Oh my God you poor dear". Everyone that is decent HATES VIDOR!

I am from vidor and i am christian woman who has NEVER done drugs or any off the horrible things you say vidor is all about there are PLENTY of other places that have all those things and more just because there are some people that due those things dont say that everybody does that WRONG me and my family are good christians.

First and foremost I grew up in Mid-County, well Nederland to be specific. I moved to Vidor 3 years ago and to be honest without any bias, Vidor has a drug epidemic. I worked many years in the nightclub buisness/night life kind of scene. Vidor was then and still is a major drug area. The amount of IV drug users is crazy for such a small town. The amount of pills and meth moved around the town is crazy. At one time I participated in both areas party lifestyles and hands down Vidor is the worse. As far as quality of people it's your typical country town. Compared to Nederland or Port Neches. Vidor does have a larger concentration of white trash. I live living in Vidor, more then I did living in mid county. But to say its not worse than other parts of tx is being dishonest. That's a fact. Love the town but it is a drug infested town with a lot of trash. Sorry but it's the truth.

Vidor has made great stride in changing what was once know as a "Sundown Town". I am not proud of that part of Vidor's history. But we do have other races than white in Vidor.
Vidor like all towns has ignorant racist people still there. I can not change those people but they are a dying breed.
Vidor does have good schools, and yes we all feel our small town has the best school. the link below shows our ratings. I have tried to be nice to these lowlife vidorians they were very rude to me and acted stuckup. The people in this town are scum and I really cannot wait to leave this shthole.

I personally have not seen you try once on Topix all I have seen is hate and insults spewing from your fingers..... you have insulted my town, my people and to top it off me. Well Dragon my family and I moved here about a month age. I ve encounter great people everywhere I ve been. I havent meet ANY stuck up people in the least. I have loved every day here, and cant understand why you have any issues here. It might just be you are the issue not Vidor or its wonderful people. My suggestion move find your paradise as I and my family have. Thank you to all the people who have made us feel at home here Dont ever change.

I guess its getting bad everywhere. Women today in general are no good all after money and drugs, and drug fiend kids are everywhere in the USA you can't get away from it. Sad that this country is slowly turning into a 3rd world cesspool.
