I have one of those suckup things,maybe they should do away with them instead,and let those of us who did take pride in our jobs have them back

For a world class facility they won't even turn the weather channel on in the break room. There are 7 TVs in there. Is it to much to ask for. It is upsetting to get home and find out my cave has flooded.

Indians are treated like crap at gates if you buck up against whitie you will most likely be fired. swifti is notorious for this practice, and why are there no women bosses in the plant anymore? wendi is the only one maybe because she looks like a man.

Gates will be having their company picnic Saturday but unfortunatly only front office and day shift are invited to this event.

Well I have to say that I am thankful for my job. But there are certain members of managment that I could care less for, we won't mention any names. Either way I figure all of our days are numbered. I gaurantee that I will do what I can to keep my job so that I don't have to flip burgers for a living.

No raise! they can raise our insurance and give a big bonus to the sycronous manager and bosses but they cannot share the wealth with the rest of us? What is wrong with this place?
