This may have been a accident if she was trying to get away from the other girl, I suggest the family consider this firm - rsrglaw.com and talk to Scott Rosenblum. I hear the girls church stands behind her and this is a start. Scott Rosenblum is the best criminal defense attornei in Mo. and across the Nation, you will need him for sure.

Scott usually doesn't fair so well outside his home base of St. Louis. His strength is picking and playing to juries, and that St. Louis mindset doesn't play outside the metroplex.

To get first degree it has to be well planned and obviously premeditated. Second degree is more of a spur of the moment decision to kill. Hopefully that answers ur question.

Well if you ever grew up in this small ass town you would know that the parents are not home when there is a party at there house. Good luck on trying to findout who got them the alcohol cause you know how kids are they won't tell the person who provided them with it.

This was just a senseless act and I am sorry for all who were involved. I've done nothing but think about and pray for the driver and her parents and the parents of the deceased. That something like this should happen in our town, to our children is simply unbelievable. If this was truly over a guy, girls, let me tell ya, guys are like trucks; another one will come along in a minute. Now two lives (actually more than that when you count parents, sibs, and other family members) are shattered. I don't think our town will ever be the same.

According to MO state law the provider of the alcohol to the minor is responsible for anything that happens due to intoxication. So the providers of the alcohol could face criminal and civil suits, beleive me they will pay(literally).

Why does everyone mention suing? It's not like money is going to make up for the loss of Kendra. It's not like money is going to bring the King/Gray family's baby back. Yes, they may have the right to - but I kind of think sucking money out of the situation is the LAST thing on anyone's mind.
