Each party is responsible for how their delegates are distributed, and the rules by which such a process happens. I understand what your saying . I was pointing out how the rules vary from state to state.

In CA, Independents (and Decline to State Voters which I am) aren't allowed to vote in the Republican Primary. It really doesn't seem to be a fair deal for Ron Paul.

It doesn't seem to be a fair deal for any candidate and it seems in a way not saying they are but that the voting system seems sort of fixed.

March 6 may be a make it break it day which will probably narrow things down a bit .However it seems when one of the candidates start dropping in the polls they come right back in to action.
