Just curious, which day was the correction in the paper?

I read the paper pretty good and I didnt see it. Now just what day was that? The sikeston police department was the arresting party not the mshp. Dont matter anyway cause he wasnt arresed for DWI but 1st degree manslaughter!!

OH YEAH, it will matter. If your are drunk driving and kill someone it does matter, especially with his record of drinking.

The problem is that if he was NOT intoxicated the State will have to drop the charge from a Class B Felony (5 to 15 years in prison) down to a Class C Felony (2 to 7 years in prison).

7 years would not be enough for his crime but that would be the maximum possible sentence if it turns out he wasn't intoxicated.

I read the paper pretty thoroughly too and did not see this.

Obviously it is just someone trying to start something or they would answer and be able to say what paper and when they saw it. Have no idea what the website that turn posted means.

Mark is an arrogant prick who thinks he is above anyone and the law. his father has paid his way out of a lot. im not defending hhis father nor saying it was right, but a parent will fight for their children out of love. Mark needs to go away for a long time for what he has done, but unfortunately this case will probably be postponed and delayed for years and fade away like so many cases in this area have in the past. if it does i feel there are enough people that are fed up with his crap that if he gets out of it he might end up with true justice, the old fashioned way, or at least should be

WTF are you talking about??? Why would it be in the report of "a bac .18 or higher" if he didn't have a bac of .18 or higher. Please educate me.

Check Missouri Case.net after preliminary hearing 9/5/2012. Check the tab marked Charges, the manslaughter charges have disappeared. The felony has been amended and he is just charged with DWI-Aggravated Offender and Failure to obey traffic control device. BS
