Yes, they're suing the city of Long Beach, that means the citizens who pay taxes,(who pay them) because they claim they work overtime and don't get paid for it and because they aren't getting enough time for lunch. Every Cop on the force is a plaintiff.

There were no questions about his race, there were questions about if he was gang affiliated and if he was an illegal alien. Last time I checked, there were gang members and illegal aliens of all races, creeds, and national affiliation.

Is this correct? Apparently I am a plaintiff then..and can not comment. If we were to be involved in a lawsuit, who else would we sue? Maybe the bigger question is why is a lawsuit necessary?
