So do you think that there are people out there looking at the murderers, knowing that they did this? If so then why do you think that someone has not been arrested yet? I mean really, who had mitive here, aside from the two men jailed for the incident erlier envolving Mr. Riddell?
You are suggesting a police cover up?

It wouldn't be the first time that police in Edgar county covered up a murder case... and unfortunately it will not be the last. I am not talking about just the Edgar county Sheriff dept either. I am including the ISP as cover-up artist.

That would provide a motive.

It is difficult to believe that there is no information on this case...

I heard it's getting close and it's going to be kewl!

once upon a time. about 9:45 a.m., a state trooper pulled over a sports car on Interstate 57 between Tuscola and Pesotum because the windows were tinted. William B. Thompson was driving the silver Infiniti, which turned out to have been stolen from Arnie Graves, 68, who had been found murdered in his Chicago condominium on the South Side early that same day. Yusef Brown was his passenger.(Neither Thompson nor Brown was ever charged in that case, and Thompson's attorney, Jeff Justice of Decatur, said he doesn't expect his client will be, in light of the natural life sentence for Tommy Martin's murder.)

Is this another joke of justice?

In the book "Too politically sensitive", the author mentions that Tommy Martin was previously a State Trooper before leaving to go to the Douglas County Sherriff's office. The author never mentions that Mr. Martin was shot, but does mention doing work investigating a Sherriff's deputy's murder during a robbery.

Mr Martin name was brought up in the book though, because he actually had the murder scene photo's of the Dyke and Karen Rhodes murder checked out from the crime lab for 3 years. When the author of the book (Callahan) went to the crime lab to check out the photos, the photos were missing. Martin claimed at the time that they were missing when he checked them out, but for some reason, he did not tell anyone.

Apparently Martin got the job as a deputy from one of his friends, the sherriff, who was a previously ISP detective who was very involved in the Rhodes murder case...

Do you think that it will shake soon or perhaps a resolution to not shake has been ordered.
