Don't buy off anyone who isn't Hispanic. Not to be racist, but blacks and whites will burn you. If you drive around in the north Philly section of fairhill, roam around Indiana ave and 4th street. Make sure you put the dope someplace good because if a cop sees you, you WILL be pulled over, and probable cause is you being white in that section of town. One trick is to carry extra cash and tell the cops that nobody sold you anything yet, here's the money I was gonna use. Telling them you are lost or any other excuse will not work. Lock your doors, they will open them. The police are who to be afraid of, generally the guys on the block are as friendly as you can expect, they are addicted to money, and if you aren't happy, you aren't coming back and they know that. Hide works underneath seats, and don't assume because you're off that block that you are safe. I even went as far as making a waterproof container with a string and dunking it into my cars windshield wiper fluid tank. You can always do the old vag stash... Just some pointers. Generally police activity is uncommon, and they won't sell to you if they know police are nearby. The cops know who is selling and where they are the problem is they don't snitch, and everyone makes money by letting it continue. Other rules which should be obvious include not handing over money until they have the product. Anyone needing money upfront is about to rip you off. If you buy enough the dealer will offer to give you their number. Take it. Nothing is worse than turning onto the block and 88 is waiting for you on the other end. Cops are not always in cop cars either. They like to stakeout in regular cars with regular tags, but the dope boys are smart and see them a mile away. Cops go after the users, and they are ruthless. I got pulled over and the officer said I need your license your registration and your heroin please. No joke! Stay outta Kensington, you will probably be a mark to rip off down there, but on the ave you can usually cop suboxone within 5 minutes. Hope that helps!

I do not believe that herion is just becoming an epidemic...has anyone heard of the 70's?? Drugs have been, are, and will be around - as long as people are born with the disease of addiction, there will be a demand for drugs. I'm not here to debate whether drugs are right or wrong, I'm here to let everyone know that if you know someone that needs help, point them towards NA. Its free and it works and they have a solid fellowship in this area. Take it from a drug addict, NA saves lives.

Seriously, you haven't thought this through. The number of addicts seriously outnumbers the number of people that don't use when you take out people under 15. ok all well hear this i am from the hereford zone right over md /pa line outside of newfreedom or shrewsbury pa and i was class of 09 but ne wayz almost a quarter of my senior class was doing heroin the near and surrounding areas from Baltimore are over run by heroin i would know i was in that society from 14-19yrs old i finaly kicked the habit and have a year clean but let me tell u it will not stop there will be no way to stop this unless we stop dealing with mexico or iraq and thats not guna happen any time soon so we are just going to have to deal with it and give people who are hooked more options for treatment. locking up addicts dose not work i know dozens who have been to jail and returned to their bad ways . the solution is education and treatment . that scare it str8 crap dose not work in school those kids need to see it up close and personal to understand what a mistake they are making in there life to even try heroin and it all starts from somthing small as a tylenol 3 (codine). One good feeling from an opiate and some will never turn back. i hope or area dosent go to hell but it shure seems to be any comments on this can email me at jackmotox2000@yahoo.com

Well they “won” Camden and raised their children to be drug dealers and pushers. They trained them well. Their children know how to lure a person into the web of drug dependency. They trained their kids to sell and push drugs but not use them.
White kids on the other hand were not raised or trained on how to defend themselves against pushers. It must have been like shooting ducks in a barrel.

Heroin was for many years (20 or so years ago) an older black person’s drug. White people simply didn’t use heroin. What better way to “get back at white people” then to use what was traditionally an older black person drug and get our children hooked on it. Then sit back and watch for enjoy.
I’m not saying that all black people are like this but those who rioted back in the 70’s and believed that whites owed them and wanted revenge on white do. They raised their kids to carry on their sick beliefs and white kids are paying the price.

we still have slavery in this country now the blacks are the slave owners they sell dope to the white people my wife and i don't know any blacks who use heroin but we know several who are hooked on heroin we all buy from black dealers
