It is enough to break your heart - when is our legal system going to wake up and match the time to the crime - I mean really....
This happened in Aug 2006 and he never spent a minute in the can - no bail - nothing but a little bracelet to wear - he could still go to work etc..
Jean wasn't able to work but HE was.... it cost her everything she had to tend to her baby... she still struggles I am sure. I find him to be quite a lucky guy to still be breathing - maybe one of those crazy lifers in Walpole Cedar Junction will fix that!

For all the folks talking that POOR BERT has been mistreated cuz he's a black guy - in my eyes he's been treated like goddamn royalty - he has been free this WHOLE time - no bail, no time served - no asskickings!
