Someone should tell Ms. Lucy to get a dictionary and to use it. Community is a one that literally means with oneness. For her to try to tell us residents of Devens that we have not formed a community is just more arrogance from the People's Republic of the Protologists' Paradice.

The problem is that the people in MA think they have created a community, but don't talk to your neighbor for God sake! Communication among neighbors is not allowed in this state. One must keep their neighbors at a distance to protect ones life?
