First and for most I only recieved 3 (three) years summary Probation, Any and all funds that I took were Repaid. how dare anyone insinuate that not all funds were paid, if yhere was a problem with that then it should be taken up with Lisa Johnson CSD. While what I did was wrong I've paid my Does, its not right to drag my name in the mud that much more..
As to the ex cheif Mike Kindrick he was hire through the district. So it would be nice if every one knew what the hell theyre talking about before they go flapping theyre mouth.

What a local disgrace, hope no one need them during the summer with another year of overly dry conditions.

You know its kinda funny no one knows what really went on but thats ok your intitled to your own opion no matter how wrong you are. Ive done my time for my crime came out a better person. To me and a HELLA lot of people thats a good thing. So remember when your passing judgement that one day carma will bit you. Im sorry for all the people i hurt. If I could change it I would but we all know that cant happen so every day I ask the man up stairs for HIS forgiveness. so the rest of you better take a long look at yourselfs.

Where is your remorse? How is it that you not only don't feel ashamed but are telling the taxpayers, whose money you took, to shut up? What gall! What right do you have to tell taxpayers "how dare you insinuate..." It was our money, we have every right. What more do we need to know other than you took money that was not yours? I hope you are never again in a position to handle other people's finances. Your total lack of remorse tells me that it could happen again.

well for starters asking the big man up stairs says I have remorse, ashamed you have no idea. Yes I took the money and it wasnt the tax payers, If you read the papers you would have known that. And this thing at the district office in gerber has nothing to do with me, I repaid that money theyre saying is missing, have reciet to prove that, and its public record. I wasnt envolved with district funds. and there is no way I would do this again NEVER. I'm truelly sorry people see it this way, I've stayed hidden for the last year, ashamed yeah I think so. And please understand youre really only hearing one side, so where is the humanity in this world. I have not denied what i did was wrong. the only thing i can do now is try to move on with life and take something else away from this to improve my self. I know forgiveness is not an option from some people, and I can understand that, so please try to understand im not the same person who took the money. please understand that this coming back up upset me, and a persons first reaction is to be mad, and scared beyond belief. I just want to stay in my little corner and try to live today. Again the me say how sorry I am. belive it or not thats your choice.

This is a great forum for throwing blame and slinging mud, I am truely impressed. Maybe the people should be adults and think about answers... The SO called "LEADERSHIP" maybe should quite having such an attitude with the poltics side of thing, it obviously has not gotten them anyway. They really should face the fact the thier dept is close. If they really want to be in a fire dept and help THIER community, they should at least start looking at the process of the TCFD and they have to do to becomes volunteers, so they can continue to help their community. They can still pursued keeping GFD open. This would be a nice little back up plan.

It saddens me to learn that a once nice fire dept has been completely gutted by immoral people. I spent many years in this dept with lots of good people and we took pride in our community. I hope the service district can reopen the dept at a later date with people who have a commitment to the community and the dept.

Thank you. Saying that you are sorry does so much more for your image than bad-mouthing people. Unless the money you took was solely dontated funds, then it did come from taxpayers. When you flare up at people, they tend to go on the defensive, so it might be best just to calm down and accept what they have to say. You hurt people and although you do answer to God, you also answer to society. People have opinions about such matters and you can't change them. Just keep going, learn from your past, and do the best you can for yourself and your kids. Thanks again for the answer which was much better phrased than the other comments you've left. Take care.

Langley, Im not sure what to say to you. I feel sorry for you, it seem all you can do is complain about everyone else, makes me wonder why your so unhappy with your self. Im sorry you cant seem to understand that some people can be truelly sorry for what they have done. any time I meet someone for the town of Gerber I tell them how sorry I am for what I did to them, because I am you can believe it or not, you dont know me, you dont know how hard I am on my self. Going to jail spending my time there made me see this world in a very new light, and no I didnt find The Good Lord while I was in the "Slammer". Hes always been there, I just didnt hear him loud enough to start with. So let me say this again Im so very SORRY to every one I hurt and everyone else. May The Good Lord Bless You today and every day from this day forward and may He give you forgiveness and happiness. Please have a good day

Why continue to rip on her when she said she has remorse? She paid all the money back. What reason does she even have to answer to a public discussion board except that she feels badly about what she has done? Her words have a ring of sincerity to them.

PS Switching topics, Art, why don't you start a blog? I think you would have a lot of readers as you know quite a bit about the local happenings in Red Bluff.

Daily Horoscope for November 26

Capricorn

The Moon enters your fourth house of home and family today, urging you to spend more time with your loved ones. There may be trouble brewing at home, so head it off at the pass before tomorrow, when conditions are right for a blowout. Take the time to really listen to what the people you live with are saying. If you live by yourself, you might want to water your plants and talk to them for a while; they miss you.
