As a long AGO resident there ONCE!.. I witnessed regular ppl like ephram hills wife go to the back of the counter and READ ppls records and TELL all over fort totten whuts wrong with everyone..she should have been arrested way back in 1976 when she was the main one doing it...fort yates is another one. where regular not pros go behind the records counter and read everyone elses records..THIS is THe TRUTH....
