So that's what became of the host of the Duluth-Superior TV station's late, lamented hunting and fishing show "Wally Pease Outdoors."

Wally died on Monday, Dec. 15, 1997 in Yakima, Washington. Along with his TV show, Wally was a firefighter for the Duluth Fire Dept. He retired as a Captain after 26 years and moved to Washington. While in Washington, he created "Northwest Outdoors" which aired on KYVE-TV, Channel 47 in Yakima. He retired from broadcasting in 1996. Remember---"Take a kidf fishing"... |
