Given that the government has failed to manage Medicare and Medicaid, allowing them an opportunity to fail with a much larger scheme seemed at the time foolhardy.
It seems worse now. The plan its self maybe be a good one, however as we are seeing it is a political football and as such will never fulfill its intended purpose.
While I wish it were repealed, that will just not happen.
Our, I want, give me, get me, politicians will continue to spend and without a thought to regulating the fraud, abuse and waste that comes with every entitlement program that has ever been passed.
