This is completely ridiculous! Why would you separate schools that are so close (CHS, BHMS and elementary) and have part of them served a regular meal and part served these frozen meals? As far as seating in the auditorium in BHMS will there be enough seating for these students? I am happy that my child has decided to pack her lunch every day. I hope that parents decide to have their children pack their lunch rather than eat frozen meals.

What? How nutritious is that? Haven't you read about how bad re-heated food is? This is getting a little out of hand. I am even more glad now that we moved out of this school district. It is sad Carrollton is really going down hill. The Carrollton community is really letting down their youth, between the school issue /levy, the pool and now the lunches. Good luck Bonnie! Keep fightin' for the health of our kids.

Can someone explain to me how the treasurer knows more about the nutrition of our kids than the nutritonist on staff does?? Maybe it is time for a new treasurer! My kids will NEVER eat a Box lunch.

Rarely are things made from scratch in the cafeteria as it is.... But the boxed lunch system cannot be good OR healthy for the children in the school. Might as well give them one of those junk luncheables and send them on their way!
