It's time for you to pay me the money that you owe me. You stopped paying the note on your car that I co-signed which forced me to make your payments for the past year. The courts have granted me a judgement against you in the amount of $8,896.63. Judge Ben Story has ordered that your vehicle be sold and the money is to be applied to what you owe me. This debt bears an anual interest rate of 5% until it's paid in full.
On a personal note, last year, when I found and withdrew almost $3,000.00 from an old joint savings account that we had with Regions that you had deposited over $5k into...both you and your Mom gave me your word that ya'll would get my name off of that car note if I returned your money. I gave you every penny of it back the next day even though you were 4 payments behind on your car at that time. Not only did ya'll not get a new loan on the car...you never made another payment after that. Both of you are as low and sorry as people get and you're a disgrace to the Hagan family name.
