Anyone with half a brain can figure out that when someone first comes to a presentation for WorldVentures, they are NOT a representative of the business! They buy the products because they like the products. They DO NOT have to become a representative to buy the products. In fact, we tell people that if they can't handle rejection, DON'T become a rep, just get the products. There are some presentations that don't even talk about the business side. There is a Business to Business side in which ONLY the products are pitched as an employee benefit. IF somebody likes the products and sees the income opportunity involved, THEN they decide to become a rep also. Some people become reps without buying a product. They are two TOTALLY separate things. Now take that stupid post you found from the FTC, which proves why WorldVentures IS NOT a pyramid, and CAN IT! You have posted it all over the internet and it makes you look silly! |

OH NO, Two by Two, and all your other names all over the internet, NOW what are you going to do? Kim, er uh, whatever your name is now. You have posted garbage all over the internet about WV. Will you have the guts to post the new BBB rating for WorldVentures as you did before they fixed it????? I would be willing to bet everything I own you won't. You haven't got enough integrity to show this one. And look, the complaints are the same as they were before, but now it's an A-. It should never have been what they had it at before. Are you willing to retract all your previous postings about this???

Uh, your comment is baseless. You have to spend a ton of money to get your own franchise business in any business. You also have to pay with your money and time to train for those businesses. They don't just hand them to you! Anyone ever offer you a free McDonalds franchise? Or how about for $99.00? Doubt it! Just because YOU can't see it doesn't make it an illegitimate business. And in towing, you don't dictate the price either. The market does. It's good you aren't getting in because you obviously haven't got the vision to make it work. |

I just thought I would mention that their have been research studies done and WV was cheaper 68% of the time.

With a career of washing cars, managing a bowling alley and running an unsuccessful business of peddling credit card machines, you certainly don't qualify as an expert in the field of business. The Dallas Better Business Bureau's website states the following regarding WorldVentures, LLC and Rovia: "Complaints are regarding misrepresentation of the promised savings on travel, slow or non delivery of promised refunds and dissatisfaction with customer service. Specifically, customers complain that paying the company fee and following the company business model does not provide promised savings as stated by company representatives. The company resolves complaints by offering refunds or refering to the agreement for explanation. However, customers complain that the refund was delayed or not received. Additionally, customers indicate that they have difficulty contacting the company". |

Great post. It is obvious you have created a very successful business, and I'm certain you have done so through an investment of time and money, skills in marketing, hard work and so on. With 70% of people that sign up for WorldVentures never making a dime and of the 30% that do - they only make an average of $1274 a YEAR, your sister might want to take a closer look at the numbers. There are so many out there, people like "Jack" on this thread that expect something for nothing. They are lazy, never amounted to anything, and just think that someday they'll hit that jackpot and be rich. They continue over and over and over to make the same mistakes - and never learn. Hard work, cash investments, marketing, etc - those concepts are all foreign to them. On one hand I pity them, then on the other hand when I see how they lie and con to suck more into these type of scams - well, then I figure he deserves what he gets - a handful of WorldVentures receipts for worthless websites and training and nothing to show in return for them but a mountain of debt. |

My personal experience with the company is they are exactly what they portray, NO SCAM here, You get exactly what you pay for, and if your in the business to making money, like all network marketing companies, It has it's inherit challenges, I made money, used their product and enjoyed the savings. This is a business that is driven by you alone, if it fails, only you have to blame. I've seen people really work at it and they are making money and enjoying it.
Too many people try to make MLM's out to be scams when many are too lazy to really work at it. This company is straight forward with the risks, and hides nothing about them in their presentation. The opportunity to make alot of money is real. It all depends on YOU. Just like any business, you get out what you put in. If you can't devote time to running the business, don't expect it to grow. It won't magically make money with you sitting on the couch. I want to make one thing clear, I don't Rep or Work for WV, I'm a regular person like anyone else. I was a member with WV for almost a year, and quit only by my choice, not because of anything that WV did. |

WorldVentures is not like any business. To receive the right to sell WorldVentures, Representatives must sign and agree to the following terms:
"In the event of cancellation, termination or non-renewal, I waive all rights I have, including but not limited to property rights, to my former downloine organization and to any bonuses, commissions or other remuneration derived through the sales and other activities to my former downline organization" Earlier in the contract, WorldVentures states they can cancel the contract with no more than a 30 day notice. In addition, if reps don't make certain sales quota requirements, the contract can be cancelled. So answer me this - what legitimate business owner forfeits all of their income if they have a bad month or two in sales? |

The fact that people will read information posted on these kind of websites and actually believe it is beyond ridiculous! If I believed everything I read on the internet I would be one very misinformed human being. If you want to do due diligence, go directly to the source for your own sake.

Mr. Obama,
What source are you referring to? Perhaps the one labeled "The Truth" on WorldVentures.biz. The site that lists the only prior pyramid scheme the Marketing Director Marc Accetta was involved in was Equinox? And that he was no more than simply a representative? But the fail to mention he was named in a class action lawsuit along with the owner, Bill Gouldd. The case then went to NV with the FTC and the entire company was brought to its knees because it was illegal. In addition, the site fails to mention his involvement with Trek Alliance, another company brought down by the FTC for its illegal activities? Or is there another source you would recommend? Such as the Texas Secretary of State? Where they list ALL FOUR WorldVenture entities NOT IN GOOD STANDING with regards to their franchise taxes? |
||||
So for grins I went to the Texas Secretary of State site and searched WorldVentures and ALL 4 were IN GOOD STANDING. http://ecpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/servlet/cpa.a... |
