Does anyone know of the out come of the DNA test

Hasn't the families of these poor men suffered enough? It's time to bring Justice to the system and execute this man. His stall tactics are being paid for by your tax dollars. This slime needs to go.

I think we at least need to make sure all avenues were covered in a case where you are executing someone. It isn't like you can have an "oops, let's do it over" after you kill him.

Guess you California liberals weren't around twenty some years ago when the deed was done. I'm sure that's what Bowers is counting on but I got news for him; there's a lot of people around here who remember and will not rest till justice is served! Anonymous needs to stay in California and quit spewing out his/her a**.

Just wondering about the out come of the dna test? And I was here then and remember all the news about it.It's funny how they said they were going to do dna and know one heard a thing about it!

So glad to see that at least one California liberal knows what we should do better than everybody else. Since you probably know NOTHING about this case, perhaps you should do a little research on what he was convicted by a jury of doing.

You shouldn't comment on things that you obviously have not taken the time to educate yourself about or understand. I'd much rather my tax dollars go to make sure a person is actually guilty before executing them, then the things they are actually going for these days (GM Bailout, Greater US Debt, a "Stimulus" Plan that doesn't Stimulate). Did you ever stop to think about Lester Bower's family and the pain they've gone though if he's innocent? And what about the families of the victims if the true criminal is never found? There's no way this would have truly "stalled" this long if there wasn't SOMETHING that was just not lining up right. I say let's see the DNA. Texas is the top state for wrongful convictions in the country. Isn't life worth it? Especially if it's innocent?

I can tell you that there was drugs being delivered and sold from that Hanger!!!! GC Sheriff Dale Worshburn (check Spelling) was one of the runners that sold and delivered for them. If you notice he was one of the first cops on site that evening (Smilling!!). Wonder, wonder why!!!!!! Dale was a crocked cop in Cooke County just as he was in Grayson. He was even provide a Truck (Red Chevy S-10)for his crippled brother, just to keep the heat off of the pushers on the street. I have no proof of all this due to it went to the grave with J. Cook when he was found hog tied in the trunk of his car a few years latter. Never found who did that crime either. These four men were not what all you think they were. Where are the results of the tamperd with DNA testing??? I really do feel for the family of the four and Lester but GC is well known for covering up to protect the Guilty if they are the upper class... To much unanswered in this case for a man to be sitting on death row for 25 years!!! Call Steve Wilco he will take the case!!!!

If you have any actual knowledge or evidence in this case, perhaps you should contact the attorney representing Bower. I find it all quite interesting that so many people are so convinced that Grayson County is corrupt, convicted an innocent man, etc... But I have yet to see an ounce of proof.

Just for arguement's sake, if all the speculation about the murdered men is true... What was Lester's connection to them? If he was just unfortunate enough to have bought the plane from them around the same time, why didn't he have all the parts to it? If he was in the process of buying the ultralight when the "real" killer attacked, why hasn't he come forward with what he knows??

You folks know he was convicted by a JURY, right??

I have no doubt that Bower did this and is just trying to stall his punishment. As for symapthy for Bower's family. I do feel bad for them, but Bower put them in that posistion, not me.

So has there been any update with the DNA test? The facts in this case just don't add up in my opinion. It sounds to me like small town cover-up.
