This company went belly-up. The space at this location is vacant, unless another company has moved in.

Before you accuse Robert Kelly of being an owner you should get your facts correct he was not and owner he was only and an employee. Chad and Heidi Sohrt were the fourth owners that yoiu have missed. I suffered a serious loss of investment as all of us that invested Mr. Kelly and I have had our differences however he did not own any of the company.

I believe that Robert Kelly was caught up in the web of Kirk Smith and Robby Wilburn. Did Robert Kelly know what was truly going on??? Who knows. But what is known is that this company has affected many people.

If our government would do the job of oversight we wouldn't have this type of problem. If no one is watching then the greed takes over. Then they take the millions an hire a famous attorney and get away with it. Would you trade 2 or 3 years of probation for millions of dollars?

Truth is Mr. Smith is up to his old tricks from the past and has the wonder agency that goes by it's intials looking into his misapproriation of funds. He's your guy. The rest of the owners got taken to the cleaners. I know two of the owners had to file BK and one ended up divorced. One ran out of town so fast he can't befound and everyone else that lost money went back to work at other jobs. As for the guy with the lien on his house he's insured. He just needs to contact Texas Department of Insurance and they will direct him in the right direction. There's more to story we'll never know. One things for sure Mr. Smith is a bad dude that hurts anyone and everyone in his path to get what he wants regardless of how it effects anyone else.

I contacted the title insurance that was on my HUD. So far things are looking good for me. Still in process of getting release of lien.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Scorpio

If you've been surrounded by people during the past few days you welcome the chance to have some time to yourself today. It's a wonderful excuse to do something really indulgent in private, such as scoff a whole box of chocolates while watching a favourite film on TV. But make sure you destroy all the evidence before everyone else comes home!
