My boyfriend ordered Mother's Day flowers from Plainwell Flowers for delivery to me. I did not receive them. I went into Plainwell Flowers on Monday, the day after Mother's Day, and picked up my flowers. The employee took my name and number, told me she was unsure what happened and that the owner was working the day the flowers were to be delivered. Further, the employee took my name and number, told me the owner would be in later that day, and would pass the information on so that I could receive an explanation. To date, I have not been contacted. Dropping the ball twice is unacceptable!
