Review: Big Beaver Tavern

Me and some of my friends have been looking for a bar that has NFL ticket, and we finally found the best place! Not only do they have 30 TVs that have all the games on they also have 10 wings for a buck! Can't go wrong with eating wings, watching football and drinking 1.99 beers. The bartender was great, she had a beer in front of me before I even had to ask. Now a days it is hard to find good service, good food, and a cheap bill all at one place!

I don't find this place good at all.

We used to go there a while back. The food was good, service friendly and outgoing but most of all, the bands were great. We loved Silver Hammer (awesome Beatles music) and Bugs Beddow band was a blast.

We went a few weeks back and the service was terrible. Our food was cold. The service was unavailable. Nobody seemed to care.

The band was some oldies band that was terrible. Needless to say, all 6 of us got up and left. There was no party to be had. We were extremely disappointed that a place that was once so good had gone down hill so quickly.

Time for ownership to step up and find out what the problem is. They need to get back on track.

Good thing the under aged won't be back, don't know good food if it bit him on the a.....

under age drinking is very common in TROY..the TROY VFW on Maple, is hire-ing has a 18 years bar maid,,

So how do you people of Michigan feel about the idea of Fort Pickett near Blackstone, VA being converted into an outlying landing field for the U.S. Navy jets stationed at Fentress Field in Chesapeake, VA and Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA!?

Food ducks, service, go down the road and find anything else. Fast food is even better.

I could not recommend this place, and I am disappointed about that. The location & atmosphere is perfect & the service & prices are good, but management's response to errors I'd unacceptable. I understand all humans make mistakes, but not to compensate patrons for a large error is unacceptable. I'm a vegetarian & was happy to see a veggie burger featured on the menu, the only issue is I was served a beef burger. I did not notice prior to taking a bite, I immediately became ill & we had to leave. The item was removed from our bill, my fiancé was charged for his meal & drinks...and when I called the next day to discuss the incident with the manager he or she were not available & never returned my call. I also sent a letter & received no response. I won't retun.
