Does anyone know anything about the new rail car plantin Barton? I've heard that the teacher union sent the Canadians home and took over the campus. Will they start manufacturing freight cars and hiring as they promised to do?

NSC Hamilton, still retains all office workers and engineering department to run NSC alabama, the teachers union cut off thier right hand thinking they can drop NSC Hamilton with no training and engineering. NSC Hamilton has produced rail cars since 1912, Greg Aziz never put 1 dime of his own money in Alabama. This was clearly the Alabama goverment trying to buy a successful bussiness off of Canada and got taken to the cleaners. Do you think Greg Aziz will give them any bussiness in the future, since he owns 100 percent of NSC Hamilton and about 10 percent of NSC Alabama. The current rail car market is dead, so if any orders come up do you think Alabama can put together a work force on short notice and actually produce rail cars on a strict schedule......Impossible... every rail car late by 1 day cost the company a late fee.
So the only way NSC Alabama can compete with the current market is to pay employees 10 bucks a hr, Hamilton NSC pays 26,but Hamilton can produce more rail cars per year then Alabama. I think they should change Alabama into a womes prison or possibly a paint ball facility

I think they have no choice now. The Alabama shop would run production before the Canadian. If the market don't pick up they will close shop in Canada, They may leave the corp office there but they will build all their cars in Alabama.
There is a lot of car knocker in Alabama, Tenn, and Miss that could meet a strict schedule production. With the slow market that would be an exvange for them. I heard that they will start off paying carbuilders at $16.00 hrs and up with insurance.

Tank your right, I've been in this area. The people in Alabama can do the job, just like they did with all of automotive plant. The automotive plants are more complex than the rail car manufacturing. If the Canadians can do it, anyone can! Beside, Greg Aziz is in it for the money, Stu is to dumb to see that. The only thing could be the hold up is your State Government, they work just like the Fed very backward and slow.

Are you people that dumb not to realize that Greg Aziz is Canadian, al of alabama office personal is in Hamilton because no one would move to alabama, they said they would quit first then live there, 400 box cars start in January in Hamilton plant followed by 1000 hoppers. Whats on the books in alabama, still the 50 car order they started over a year ago, Greg built alabama for the overflow from his hamilton plant, predicted in 2012 capacity of hamilton plant will max then and maybe they will throw alabama a bone. Greg Aziz owns 100 percent of hamilton plat and sare no profit with anyone, he owns about 10 percent of alabama.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Aquarius

It's a sociable and gregarious mood my dears, so it would be a shame to keep yourself to yourself. Not that there's much likelihood of that, because with the Moon in Leo and your seventh house of others, your popularity is on the rise and you're in demand. Why not go out with your other half, or meet some friends? Get everyone together for a drink or a meal.
