Judicial Inquest Required

On the February 4, 2010. I witnessed time, and time again of Judge George Carpenter violating defendant rights because they had no attorney, and the plaintiff's did. He did not allow evidence, or statements what-so-ever by the defendant. Bullshit! This Judge doesn't deserve retirement pay. He is a piece of crap judge just like the rest of them. They are bias, and not objective on any case. Since when did the gavel give them the right to make their own laws, or violate the evidence rule? Is he to close to retirement to give a rats behind. You just became my pet peeve!

Edgar Black represents AG Housing, LLC in Nitrate City Muscle Shoals, Al. Black & Hughston Attorney's. They represent Roy, Willie, Rodger Agee, Judy Collier who rent out trailers that have septic problems that back up in your kitchen sink, toilet, washing machine, and tub. They have black mold through out these trailers. They are numerous electrical problems that the fire marshal has told them to fix put it still hasn't been done. The revenue commissioner came out last week they are behind on their taxes they owe. They have section 8 housing they rent out to their mother in law that even a dog shouldn't live in. But Judge George Carpenter sides with them. Wonder what sort of favor's are being passed along their!?

So, turn him into the Judicial Inquest for violating Alabama canons of Judicial Ethics (Canons 1 thru 3). Take it to the higher courts preferrably not in that county. Since their would be a conflict of interest with Judge Hughston as well. If you believe the other parties lawyer mishandled himself report him to the National bar association, and the Alabama Bar. No one in government in this state is going to do their job unless you force their hand to do so. Take a body recorder to court and record what he does in court, and how the other attorney's behave in court. They'll hang themselves by their own words! Make government work for you, that is what your tax dollars are paying for. They aren't God even though some have placed government officials in that capacity. They need to either do the job/jobs they were employed, or voted in office to do or get the hell out!!
