Justice Department warns of gangs in Wisconsin

Full story: WYOW-TV Eagle River

Scores of gangs are operating across northeastern Wisconsin. That's according to a state Justice Department survey of police departments, schools and community organizations.

come down to kenosha, racine, and lake geneva.
we have more gangs in one square mile than you do up there. damn. you guys don't know anything

the only two cities with actual gangs are madison and more so milwaukee

What gangs are in Lake Geneva!? I go there every summer and have never seen any gangbangers beside some wanna-be teenagers...
Is there Section-8 housing around there or something?

Lake Geneva Gangs? haha. You're funny. I've lived here for 16 years-you don't know what your talking about. Yes, there are wannabee-teenager 'crews' e.g. emo, punk etc, but there are no gangs, idiot. Get your facts together.

I am a former gang member from Cpa 8 they real problem isnt that you know where the gangs are come into our life and see why we gang bang, i've lived in Madison for over 17 years and i know where the real gang problems are not in all the indian reserves in the neighborhood of our homes.

gangs are usually a group of underachieving individuals who can't do anything by themselves. They need support which is why they get in a gang,otherwise most would be made the butt of jokes in a society of normal people. There is power in numbers,so having numbers of morons in gangs makes them somebody in their little pinhead brains.
