Wondering why the Pioneer Press has so many Wisconsin stories. I can understand if it's real news but this is just useless information. It's no wonder nobody actually buys the paper anymore when articles like this appear online for free. Is your editor by any chance one of the many cheeseheads who "escaped from Wisconsin."

WOW! Over a dozen job applications??? I've applied to 2000-3000 jobs in the last 2 years with about 10 interviews. Keep throwing up frivolous ebay auctions and hopefully they will ban you for good. Also, I'm not 19 without experience or a degree....so to the best of luck to you. Learn Mandarin and move to China, it's your only chance. American has been sold out.

Obviously your degree or experiance is worthless if you only got 10 interviews with 3000 applications.

Incredible70;
HA! HA! You are calloused, funny, and warped! This kid is desperate and reaching out, no crying out, for help or assistance. We are still on the brink of a Depression and no matter what the propagandists say there are still alot of folks who are hurting.

You don't have to read "The Grapes of Wrath" or "Cannery Row" to figure that this country is in turmoil on many fronts. Whatever happen to the principles of American individualism and solidarity? We each individually and collectively should be helping our neighbors and citizens raise above and survive this national economic mess.

Unfortunately, we have forgotten what made this country great and outstanding as world role model. Not only could we, individually and as a nation, rise above adversity but we could reach out to help others in need.

The same principles should hold true for this desperate 19-year old young man who is willing to sell his identity and maybe even his soul to survive. Regardless of the his personal reasons, there should be some reaching out to this wayward person. Isn't that part of the American Ethic?

This young man needs to be rescued to get back on the tracks of life. So, too, is he the example of this country at the present time? We need to help this country and humankind to rise above the turmoils of present living. If we do not reach out to help others then the end results will or might be tragedies that we can not fix.
