Anyway, just a heads up. If you care to debate with a dead head horse that can't hear you....have fun. How do you know him, and how do we know you know what you're talking about?

nakedlobo sux is an e-stalker that is taking pieces of posts from various threads. Please disregard him as he offers nothing to the conversation. Anyone who's opinion varies from his hard line nazi tactics (the government controls everyone's morals, values, and such) is a "moron."

This is a big disappointment that because of a "strange dancing" someone is suspicious of using drugs, regardless of it is the case. Dancing is an expression of the music, its an individual's right to dance however they feel the music, with the exception of harming others. The kid should have a warning, thats it. A cop hunch based off strange dancing is elementary and, if taken to the extreme, can make other police look for what they would consider being strange dancing, and then pursue some type of search. It just goes against any type of freedom that we hold in this country. Think about it.

The officer confronted him to make sure every thing was OK, when he noticed the man smelling of pot. The man's "strange dancing" worried the people around him, but was not why the police searched him. This has been stated at least half a dozen times here.

While the strange dancing was not the probable cause for the search, I still find it crazy that just because a cop says they smell marijuana that they have the right to search... I mentioned earlier about the kid who was arrested for taking "laced" cookies to some police departments. The cops said they smelled pot in the cookies so he was arrested. Days later it was determined that there was no illegal substance in the cookies. WTH? Also, most things that offer probable cause are measurable and able to be documented. Smell is not one of these things. We have recorders for audio and video (which can lead to probable cause and prove a need) but we have nothing to "record" a smell to document. What will prevent a cop from simply saying that he smells something without being able to back it up with any real evidence?

I really do not know because I have never used the stuff, but know people who have. They have never harmed anyone that I know of.
