injustice in oklahoma (take 2)

Someone explain this one to me ...... man kills estranged wife in September of 2004 just outside of Shawnee in Pott county he never spends a night in jail, not arrested, not charged, nothing happens to him what so ever.

Same man breaks into a pharmacy in Weleetka, Weleetka DA is going to try and string him up looks like. Charged with LARCENY OF CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE, BURGLARY IN THE SECOND DEGREE-A FELONY, POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, POSSESSS FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUG WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.

What's going ON IN POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY WITH THE JUSTICE SYSTEM?

What's going ON IN POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY WITH THE JUSTICE SYSTEM?

Absolutely nothing goes on there. This type of thing is rampant in Pottawatomie county. I also have a question: Why is it that the same people have numerous drug offenses, ranging from mild to severe, always get a slap on the hand? Or, how is it that a relative of one of the county commissioners has repeatedly had the cops called out to his house because of domestic violence, been stopped numerous times for this and that, whilst being intoxicated, but he is always slapped on the hand and told to "Get on home"? Unfortunately this is the way of Pott. County and I can't stand it!

If you have the "right" connections in Shawnee, you can commit murder or anything else. Has the DA ever tried a murder case? The right connection is family in LE and AG association.

Why can't you people just come to the understanding that these things are the way it is no days. Theres nothing you can do about it but whine and cry. If all you choose to do is sit on your fat lazy asses and bitch about it, nothing will ever change. But then again, you are oklahoma people that are under educated and have no clue as to how to get justice. you are all in denial of the truth. You all choose to believe whatever fits the ticket and do nothing to rewite the laws that govern the people of the state. Your voices will never be heard by people other then those of like calibur. That calibur by the way is at the bottom of the pile. when i hear of cases like this and see people acting out like you all, it makes me glad and i pray to god more of you get taken out. At least that way the world is rid of that many more sicko's like yourselves. If this girl had loved one such as you, its a good thing she no longer has to live around your bullshit lives.

This is a case that waved many "Red Flags" that the LE in Shawnee, including the DA just didn't want to prosecute! It is Outrageous!

It's money and who you know, thats how the court system in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Add crooked Judges like Gardner and child and wife abusers get custody and murders go free.
