I've been following both cases, Wichita, and Kansas City, from the beginning. Can you tell me what you wish to prosecute Kline for? Don't quote the lies. I have them already in my file.
Unless, of course, you quote the lies the Morrison campaign used against Kline in his bid for re-election. Do you have those in your file?

Phil Kline is guilty of malicious prosecution. This accusation has been investigated and decided, and he keeps pursuing it because he wants to.
Kline has invaded the privacy of American citizens during this witch hunt, while attempting to harass abortion providers.
Kline is the worst kind of zealot who should be prosecuted, and thrown in jail, for misusing his power, then sued by the Doctors and Clinics for damages, real and punitive, legal fees, and anything else they can get.
Kline is an Anti-American, religious zealot, who is trying to force his myth belief on ALL FREE Americans.
I hope he loses BIG TIME!
Yours was not the post I responded to, however, your false charges need to be answered.
He is NOT guilty of malicious prosecution, and you have no evidence to support this. This is a lie that abortion on demand supported have lied about. This has only been investigated by those who have received donations from abortionists and their supporters. Kline did not invade the privacy of anyone, nor harassing abortion providers. Show proof he did. You really show your mean-spirited by calling him name, which are false.
Keep watching the news. Our corrupt Kansas Government is illegally trying to keep abortion on demand by violating law after law. Three officials have fallen, and more are on the way.
You are a pro-abortion supporter who will protect the rights of men over 18 who impregnate teens who receive abortion at Tiller clinic and at Planned Parenthood.
As I said, keep reading. Kline will be vindicated, and when he is I hope you apologize to Kline when that happens.
And I reiterate. Your response was very mean-spirited and full of hate and judgment against an honorable man.

I'd respond but Charismatic beat me to it. That answer was right on the money.

If he's not guilty a court will dismiss the charges. Unless you are the judge in this particular case, your "jdugement" is irrelevant.

For the record, you are the last person who should be pointing a finger at someone else telling them that they are judgemental.

P.S. If one knows the facts, one can judge based on facts, can one not? You apparently are taking someone's word for your opinion.

And charismatic likes to call Kline names. His response was not on the money, but based on his bias.

My post was not mean spirited, it was the truth.
I suspect you were finally feeling a hint of the truth about the meanness your arrogant hero has committed, in the name of jaysus, and you assigned that meanness to my post.
I love it when people who disagree with my opinions call me names. It shows they have no substance.

Ohhhhh, like THIS kind of "respect"....

"Your response was very mean-spirited and full of hate and judgment...."
Listen Sparky, if you can handle the answers, don't ask the questions.
Maybe YOU should STOP watching FauxNews and try some REAL news. OH, but then, you might have to deal with reality and face the truth. We can see how hard that might be for you, so it may just be better for you to stay in your narrow minded delusions.*eyeroll*
I like when folks who use four letter words mention faux news. The only folks who use that spelling are moveon.org , and daily kos. Thanks for letting us know where you are at.

Poor thing."faux" is a perfectly useful word, even when not referring (accurately) to faux news. I don't read moveon or kos, and have found many uses for it here , especially regarding the topix Xtianist thugs. Literate people can use it - is that the problem you have? Anyone who quotes worldnutdaily is capable of anything.

I have read each of the posts in here. C Hamilton, and Charismatic Phantom, you two are just liberal hacks who can't even put two sentences together to make sense.

You two bring up religion, when I haven't seen religion invoked by Rick op. I have a feeling you have no idea what you are writing about.

And then there's pbfa. I read your post and was left with one question. WHAT?

And seriously don't even try to explain what you meant, you just make it more confusing.
Some of your posts are about useless.

You should think a we bit before you press, "POST COMMENT." That would give you an opportunity to change a few things.

Remember, It's better to remain silent and let everyone think you are stupid, then to say something and remove all doubt.

Phil Kline is a good man. He's not a cheat. He plays by the rules, and his hands are clean of all blood, which is something that can not be said of each of you.

Anyone, ANYONE, that would support, sanction, encourage, and/or fight for the right to murder a baby in the womb is simply not worthy of taking another breath.

You people have killed way to many infants and have become so callous and cold-hearted you are not even effected by the brutality of the act.

The most dangerous place in America today, is in the womb.

They sure are. They are the most intolerant people I know. They are anti-Christian, anti-pro-life, anti-creation, etc. They call names and villify; they lie. You can not anything civilly with them. They are truly---mean spirited---as I said, and even their denial shows it. None are worthy of a further reply. I found on another thread when you refuse to answer them, they go ballistic. They posted for a week, wondering when we (Tom and I) would come back. Responding to them gives them credibility which I will cease to do.
