Mr. Walker - If you have convinced any of these Mormons enough to question their religion, could you tell them what church that you go to or which church they should go to should they decide to leave the Mormon church?

These are some strange beliefs and I don't think they go along with what the Bible teaches.

It has been said millions of times. Don't believe everything you read. Some people here that aren't of the LDS faith seem to know a lot more then those who are life long members.

I'm glad you appreciate the comments.:) Keith do you have a faith, do you have doctrines? Doesn't it get old to keep telling people Believe and be Saved? Little to convenient for me. I think Jesus with all of his suffering expects a little more out of his believers then just to believe in his atonement and then your saved. Free pass straight to heaven. Why is there a judgement? Why are we given commandments if all we have to do is believe? As much as I'd like to accept that because it would make life so easy I can't. Once one is "saved" they still sin.

Just Mormons rot or we all rot? I think it is funny how you added the "wifes" (wives).

It's not a secret password but is a "new name", which is also referred to in the Bible. It is something sacred and not secret.

The church is mostly rich because of the sacrifice of a lot of the members, who sacrifice by giving 10% of their earnings. The money goes to building chapels and temples. The church also gives to the needy throughout the world.

I'm not going to say the mormon church is true, but I know that they teach each other to respect their fellow man, give unto others, embrace those in need, and they teach values, something that is missing in today's society. I am not a mormon but those I have met are great people. I have talked to many mormon missionaries and I allow them in my home. They are always very respectful. They don't argue with me about my beliefs and won't push you to change. All they ask of you is to pray to god and ask him for guidance. I truly believe that people that are good, no matter what religion they follow, will be blessed by god.

When I sin I ask for forgiveness for my sins and attempt to never commit the sin again. I am forgiven of these sins because Christ died and paid for my sins. That is how I am forgiven. That is my work. I work not to commit sin because I have accepted his sacrifice for me. To show I have accepted him I try not to sin, when I do sin I ask for forgiveness, that is my work.

I'm also still a little shadey on where you get only certain people will be judged when the scriptures you quote say "Every man," and "Any Man." Somewhat confusing.

Sounds good. Thanks for the clarification. I find it interesting that you know so much about the LDS Church. You're used pamphlets for goodness sakes. I wish I knew as much as you did. :)

the mormon church is a cult. I have many FAMILY members that have left the lds church after compareing the book of morman to the bible.there is a web site that can bring some of the BAD things that the lds church does but does not want the people to know about. it is josephlied.com - please check it out and see what the mormans are trying to keep under wraps by haveing thier members follow a code of silence.

Why don't you tell me what I believe about repentance and I will tell you if it is right, since it seems you know more about what I believe then I do.
For the versus I am referring to please scroll up and read where you posted the scriptures talking about "Every Man" being judged.
See, I'd love explain myself but I have done that already. The more I try to explain to you the more ammo you have to swirl words. So if you can't understand what I'm saying then you're not as smart as I thought.:)
check out the site-josephlied.com - it will bring to lite some of the things that the lds want to keep from becomeing known out side thier members. they have thier members do things at the temple that are wrong and are told to keep thier mouths shut or go to hell

Wonderful website, very onesided. What makes the person who threw this website together more creditable then the LDS Church? I looked at it just a little and from what I looked at the things were taken out of context. Then I saw he wanted some donantions and wanted me to buy a shirt. Very creditable, I'm sure everything there is the truth.

Even if everything on the website was true, what makes the LDS people so bad. What do we do in the world that is so terrible that we are referred to as a cult?

You've mentioned quite a few times about how Mormons becoming Gods. What do you believe happens after we die and are Saved in Heaven? What are we going to do there?

"Gods"? The God of Abraham said He is the Only God. He is a Jelous God. Sure we become brides of Christ and become one with God, but there are not Gods. it is a sin to even suggest this. Mormons are not apart of the Christian Faith if they believe in Multiple Gods. From what I heard, they even believe that Black People are given black skin because they didnt know whether to go with Jesus or Lucifer. And that White Skin is holy. sounds a bit elitist to me.

From what you heard? Please do not believe everything you hear. Why is it that people are always so quick to believe the bad things they hear but not the good?
