The fire dept. meetings should be televised

Send your suggestions to the selectmen and cable if you agree. All boards in this town need to be monitored, and no better way than TV - it don't lie. In this town, if you let any group go unmonitored it will run amuck. Imagine if nobody watched the goings on of the selectmen, school committee or any other group WE PAY FOR - what a disaster that would be. Sounds like the fire dept. needs to be watched now too. And someone mentioned the ambulance association is gone now - is that true? What a shame if it is. Who ruined that group? Beautiful building built with good intentions is now empty. Now isn't that progress? Progress also would be throwing a coat of paint on the eyesore town hall and the gym. And if you were blind-sided Ed Walsh, you snoozed - because in this town it can happen to anybody. Nasty nasty.

the ambulance association is very much alive. you of all people should know. what is really sad is people who have lowered themselves to a point that they are so unhappy with their lives that they waste precious time in mocking and accusing others of things that becomes all hearsay. if you want to ask these questions go right to the people and ask them face to face, not behind their backs where instead of getting a straightforward question you give chances to those who live in the gutter to make up more lies and stories that they think sounds good for self satisfaction.

what is even worse is that there are members that are going against policies, prodcedures and guidelines that pretend they are members of these fantastic organizations , taking time out of their personal lives to serve their neighborhoods , that pretend to be part of the fire and part of the rescue that for some reason are so unhappy with their lives that that have to create trouble with organizations that paid for their professions as firefighters and as EMT's, Intermediates, Paramedics.where they can go anywhere and get a fulltime job with benefits and the ability to take care of their families, yet they have to slab their brothers and sisters in the face.,,, grow up people

I think they ought to terminate those members that put negative and terrible comments on websites such as this. you people. I really feel sorry for . you just have worked so hard to try and ruin other peoples lives . everyone answers to god, you ought to quit and leave those organizations that you seem to be so unhappy to be a part of that you have to try and ruin their lives as well. i really believe Acton Maine should grow up. it looks to me like an aweful place to live getting to embarrassing to say i live there.

Thank you so much Mr. Walsh for being our Fire Chief! You helped me when my car was broken down on the side of the road. You were helpful and polite. My van overheated on the H road if that sounds familiar. Thank you is all I have to say.

Don't take the vote to serious Ed. A dozen or so guys with to much time on their hands, a rag tag sheepish clique in the fire department for a long time. At least everyone knows now how things operate down there. I walked by three of them whispering just before the vote. Not good for a town all the sneaky planning. Ted Kryzak and Chris Pare can't feel good about their roles in this, that's for sure.

I would like to thank you also Mr. Walsh. You spent some time helping my husband and I with information about fire detectors and home safety. We are both very saddened that you are leaving. These people have no shame.

Kryzak isn't even the selectmen assigned to the Fire Dept. For a guy that doesn't take care of his own responsibilities, he rally went out of his way to sett up Walsh with the egg heads. Shields is supposed to be the fire department guy. Instead of organizing kangaroo courts Kryzak and screwing good people. Why don't you get some siding on the eye sore of a gym? Or paint the town hall? Can see why kryzak gets along with Petey Smith. Both ego oddsters. Every time Kryzak tries to be smart, he screws someone and sticks his own foot up his ass.
