Man pleads not guilty to DUI offense

Just another useless drunk they the state will praise for his crimes with a light sentence! Thats why drinking and driving is legal in Vermont! Till it kills you!

Thats right NewMonter! Adults up to .08 BAC are good to go to drink and drive in Vermont! Thank you for thinking of me Scotty but I have plenty of dollars and thanks to you I don't spend any of them at Wally-Mart! I heard they sell beer now and some common thief ripped off a 30 pack of it already! Not a good idea putting it right by the door and since moved to a cubby hole in the corner! Ummm RV have you heard of the 0= Zero tolorance. I had a frieind move her car in a parling lot and get a DUI her bac was .04 crash the whole nine yards. So with that in place and if I am truly correct. it is illegal to drink and drive in vermont. YET! then again that would really depend on who you are. whether the law pertains to you or not.

I was meaning Parking Lot and I was meaning she had to go through Cras and the whole nine yards.

Haha NM is a bad A_s_s as LSU put it! Who cares if she has friends that break the law? I have friends that do too, friends that do drugs, friends that don't work, friends that mooch the state, friends in college, friends with kids, all kinds! A friend is a friend as long as they're a good friend to you! And just because they do a certain thing, doesn't mean anything about you unless you let it influence you to do the same!
Maybe there are some people that cannot think for themselves and insist on doing all the same things their friends do, that's why they assume the rest of us are sheep like them!

Right, and if you stop and think eveyones circle of friends usually lead to other peoples circle of friends. so without a doubt and true is everyone knows someone who knows someone in a circle of friends... LOL thank you LMZ..... Did ya get your pickles and maple syrup?? LOL....

I hope along with punishment, he gets some serious help. I believe that the individual and the public would be better off with a year of intense inpatient recovery treatment, following his consequences for breaking the law. I personally believe that alcoholism is a serious and fatal disease without abstaining from alcohol this man or woman will continue to drive and worse. I hope it doesn't take someone dieing before this person gets help.

Awesome! You most definitely have your work cut out for a few years. By the look on your face I really don't think anyone will try and stop you! As far as the BA in nutrition, you don't look very healthy in this picture........ study harder.
