He knows what he done and managed to slide back in the school system with no punishments.

I do know what he did, and do think that he made a big mistake, and when he turns 18 the decisions he makes wil have adult consequences, which just might mean jail time, and as a parent I know you defend your children, but if you see them doing the things he did, you should not encourage it. The adults in this young mans life should be teaching him to respect females and no means no. I hope and pray that he grows up and turns into a respectful individual, but going to college, or whatever he decides to do dont make him a man our even a good person..making good decisions, learning consequences, and respect will make him better...and maybe you need to do some research..what is being said on here its not a specific threat..no more than what his dad said to my daughter. As parents we try and raise our children to grow up and be the best they can be..and I'm extremly proud of my daughter, she stood up for herself when she needed to, when he was busy saying he was just playing around, pushing yourself on a unwilling female is not nor should ever be called playing around..she stood up for what was right and against the people who just wanted to keep this stuff hush hush. They were people who was wonderdul during this and treated the matter very serious.

What did he do to your daughter? Was it in the paper? In not being sarcastic but people with daughters that go to school with this young man need to be aware.

I believe that other parents do need to be very aware of what goes on, I will not go into details out of respect for my daughter, it was not in the paper he was and is underage, so he has been protected, that will change when he turns 18 soon. My daughter was not the only one this was done to that day, and it was done in a very public place in the school, and after she was humiliated she had to sit in a room with a room full of people from the board and recount the event at least two separate occasions, and some of the comments and thats made to her afterwards its why so many young ladies do not report when they are assaulted...i believe he was very public when he stated he didn't know what the big deal was, he was just "party boying".. this was a very hard time for our family, and hate it keeps coming up and he wants to play the victim, I doubt he is the only boy doing this, and I'm sure this still goes on..
I usually dont get on this site, but when I found out about this I decided that I would try and put a stop to the rumors and just put some truth out there..her father and I raised her to respect her self and her body, noone has the right to touch you without your permission. I am so proud of the young last she is and that had the courage to stand up for herself and other young ladies who respect themselves, I have heard his mother is a nice lady and they have a daughter, I believe. I would like to think they would not like someone to treat her that way. I hope that anyone with a child in public school or anywhere keeps the line of communication open so if something ever comes up, they are very comfortable talking to you. My daughter did not ask for any of this, she did not know him before this, w e actually had to ask around to get his name, so to the people who think she was interested in him, or jeoulus, you need to know what is going on before you spread rumors..there is so many people who know her and know what type of person she was and is, she is beautiful inside and out..she has only gotten stronger, and has taught me so much.

My family and I both answer to God everyday . As for not being able to go or do anything without this coming up, it goes both ways. Theres not one day that goes by that it doesnt come up in my life. As for him "signing his life away " and put out of school thats what was needed. The only one stirring up trouble is you. None of my family or friends started this thread or intended for this to happen. Him and his family are NOT the victims in this. Owning a home or going to college does not make you anywhere better then anyone. He was able to attend school after this where i could not . Instead of playing the victom how about posting those threats you had made or the comments towards me. I have been able to go past this and made a living . Something like that needs to follow him his life , that wasnt a game or dance or anything else you called it, it was agianst the law and any kind of morals a human has.

Tell the truth I do not even know you,plus read the top and see who started this thread not juwan not family here,oh by the way all the girls has to do is go to school board and the guy or guys are guilty they cannot have any defense,but that is then we have moved on,look see who started this not us .

I do NOT recall you or his mother at that table or in that room at all so you know nothing more then what he had told you, no where was it easy for me to do that. I had to repeat the situation in detail to different men in the board and write papers, checked cameras, and even talked to the others at the table to make sure my story was correct. I by no means just falsely accused him .. i didnt even know his name or met him before this. I want this to be put aside just as much as anyone else but its time the ridiculous rumors and false stories be put to an end

I don't trust going to school with him. I separate myself from people he associates with. He is a pervert and this continues to happen everyday. It's an awkward feeling to be around a nasty boy but I guess sports are more important. Thats ashame. Ashley is a very sweet lady, her parents are great people. She is on the right track in life, has a great head on her shoulders, and she continues to do what pleases God. This is not a place for people to start arguments. She only done what was right.
