Which restaurant in Seymour will close up first?

Yall r stupid..I work at Yamato and everything im readin im gettin a kik out of yall r just stupid asses that have nuthin else to do but bitch and moan...and for u nosy fucks the chef gets %60 gratuity and the server only gets %40!!! Speaking of stupid...you admit to being a server and bitch about only getting 40% of the tips yet you continue to work there. Brilliant! Looks like we're both laughing now.

Does everyone realize that Yamato's automatically adds a 15% gratuity to your bill, whether you want to tip the cook/server or not? They have this policy in the Bahamas, too. It's a way to guarantee tips for their servers no matter how poor the service.

I don't know the name of the cook, but there is one there who followed a friend of mine (female) out to the parking lot to try to hit on her. Not the type of place I want to patronize any more. Chiang House in Sevierville has better food and much bigger servings - a better value for the money.

you work at yamatos? are you sure? because we do not have rude people like you working here...

We went to Yamato once. The owners are rude. The place was a bore and the food had no flavor. I also do not agree with the bottle water vs. tap issue. If you really knew these people you would understand it all!

60% of the servers tips goes to the over paid, self important primadonna chefs. Apearantly in Japan they're used to trated as super stars. Here in Seymour they're just another lowly food service worker. Sorry, but a fake ass Asian heel pro wrestler is closer to being a star here than you. Get your married woman hittin' on ass in check. You're a nobody here. Face it & grow up.

Actually the chefs at Yamato are very good. They dont get the credit they deserve. Its harder to cook on a hibachi than you guys think and when we get a rush theyre always on top of their game and cooking for people and entertaining. And Yamato Dude does not work at Yamato so no one needs to pay attention to what he or she says. Also,to whoever thinks the owners were rude, we have new owners and they are the nicest people i've ever met in my life, if you folks only knew..

The owner of Yamato is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life.

Why isn't Bob's Mountaineer listed?
That restaurant has the worst food of any place. I do know that the "FOR SALE" sign has been "flashing" for a while...secretly through a local real estate agent.
Also, the BBQ place across Chapman from Bob's, sorry but those folks have a lot to learn about good BBQ.
Seymour needs a good family restaurant that offers home-cooking that tastes good!

How about "Connie's" for a good place to eat! She replaced "Nancy's".

"Connie's" has friendly service! Great food! I love breakfast there!!**Located by the old Seymour Hardware.

KFC might be the one that won't last long. Their grease is old and burnt. Food is unappealing. Also, their counter and kitchen help could use some proper training in personal cleanliness and common courtesy.
