I moved from seymour cause of stinky mexicans. I moved furniure there and like 8 of them lived in one studio apartment espically on oak street. I dont mind mexicans personally but they are too many in seymour and they take all the jobs, not just shitty jobs but good factory jobs i worked at some place 6 years and got laid off and now i cant find a job unless i wanna work at mc donalds. and most of them drive drunk and without a licence. Maybe thats y the jackson county police and seymour police treat them like shit which ive seen first hand

dude they are taking over. At least black ppl pay taxes and are not trying to run us out of our hometown. If they were legal and not so many of them i would not complain./

I have nothing against mexicans coming here for a better life but goodness sakes it should be a prerequist that they learn English before they cross the border. You want to come to America and harvest my tobacco FINE! but speak English while you're here. It's sad that my children HAVE to pass a spanish class in school now before graduation. Why? Because according to the school board spanish should be everyone's second language. Last time i check i lived in the USA not Mexico or Spain.

Agreed,and if they only paid ther fair share of taxes.

You say you don't speak spanish but have you ever said your name out loud. What language does it sound like to you? Do you think most of the people posting on this topic think there's a difference between you and some guy with broken english? If they ever start rounding up mexicans I hope you have an ID on you.

Here's some interesting news...
Illegal aliens who work here using fake s.s. numbers have taxes taken out of their paychecks just like the rest of us. Unfortunately for them, they can't file a tax return and get a refund for their overpayment like the rest of us do. So as far as paying taxes, I guess they might actually pay more than most of us. And all the money they pay into s.s. will probably benefit me some day so I'm not going to complain.

my opinion does not matter but here it is,i was born in france and came to the u.s. legaly,and even served in the army,but when iwas enrolled in kintergarden and grade school i was paddled by teachers if i spoke french in class i was not allowed to attend school untill i could speak english and if my accent was too bad on some words i was punished,now my mother works for the jackson county public schools and is being forced to take spanish classes on her own time in order to keep her job,my employer expects me to train a hispanic that can't speak a word of english....so if some one from another country wants to come here for a better life then thats fine, but they should have to be able to speak the language.....i was tormented all through school for my language,why should i conform to another now,i am currently seeking a class action law suit against any american company or buisness that forces a employee to learn a second language against their will in fear of losing their job,all these places should be boycotted starting with the corprate whore known as wal-mart!

I am white & I don't have a probably with ANYONE. Though, being a mother of two small child and raising them on my own, it makes me sick when I see mexicans getting all the help & white people having to struggle.
I don't have a probably with them; my youngest nephew is a quarter mexican. I just ask if they want to be here to better themselves & their families, SPEAK FUCKING ENGLISH! Other than that, WELCOME TO AMERICA!!! There is no reason, why we should have to change our languages.
